With Self-Managed Selling, you manage showings, communication and negotiations using professional exposure, tools and Seller Direct support.
Yes. Both include professional MLS® System and REALTOR.ca exposure, subject to the applicable listing agreement and service details.
With REALTOR®-Managed Selling, your REALTOR® manages those conversations. With Self-Managed Selling, you communicate directly with buyers and buyer agents.
With REALTOR®-Managed Selling, your REALTOR® coordinates showing arrangements. With Self-Managed Selling, you arrange and manage your own showings.
With REALTOR®-Managed Selling, your REALTOR® provides advice and leads negotiations. With Self-Managed Selling, you take the lead when reviewing and negotiating offers.
Yes. Your REALTOR® advises you and manages the process, but you make the final decisions about pricing, showing instructions, offer terms and whether to accept an offer.
No. It may suit first-time or experienced sellers who are comfortable being hands-on. Seller Direct provides the listing setup, professional exposure, resources and support included with the selected plan.
When neither approach receives at least three of your five answers, the guide recommends a phone or Zoom conversation. A Seller Direct team member can explain the responsibilities, service differences and next steps before you choose.
